These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TOODAE Electronics website (toodaelectronics.com) and any purchase you make from us, whether online or in person at our Adum, Kumasi showroom. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
TOODAE Electronics (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a home appliances and electronics retailer based in Adum, Kumasi, Ghana. You can reach us on 020 495 2388 (call or WhatsApp) or by email at campkebb@gmail.com.
2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, and pricing. However, appliance specifications and stock availability can change, and occasionally an error may appear on the site. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you before proceeding, and you’re free to cancel with a full refund if you’re not happy with the correction.
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (₵) and are subject to change without notice, though any order already confirmed will honour the price agreed at checkout.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraud). An order is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. If you have any trouble completing a payment online, call or WhatsApp us on 020 495 2388 and we’ll help you complete your order directly.
4. Delivery
We aim to get every order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines depend on your location and product availability, and will be confirmed with you directly after your order is placed. You’re also welcome to collect your order in person from our Adum showroom.
5. Warranty & Returns

6. Order Tracking
You can track the status of any order at any time using our Track Your Order page, with your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of TOODAE Electronics or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to keep this website accurate and available, TOODAE Electronics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, delays in delivery beyond our control, or temporary unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Ghanaian consumer protection law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
